
Course Summary
This course provides practitioners and analysts with an introduction to the skills and techniques required to model and understand existing processes. This course focuses on identifying different methods for gathering process information and deciding which approach best fits a situation. Participants learn which graphical models to use to document process information. Guidelines are provided for establishing modeling standards. The course is organized around a universally applicable case study that will be developed by attendees working in teams. The approach is hands-on and attendees will be able to immediately apply what they learn within their own organization.
